Urgent Requirement of IT Manager in Real Estate Firm

The IT Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all IT related issues and new advancements in the township. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and hardware, and will be able to effectively manage and maintain these systems to ensure the smooth operation of various departments in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the IT department, including the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures

· Ensure the reliable and secure operation of the company’s technology infrastructure

· Manage vendor relationships and stay current with advances in technology

· Implement and maintain ERP systems and troubleshoot any issues that team may face

· Maintain the servers, workstations and regularly update and avoid future issues in equipment

· Develop and manage IT budgets, and allocate resources effectively

· Provide technical support and guidance to staff

· Be aware of different equipment and technologies and be able to upgrade and also engage in new IT related projects

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management

· Strong experience with ERP systems and hardware

· Strong leadership, communication and technical skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Should be aware of new systems and have be able to work with different vendors to get work done in time

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

· IT certifications are a plus
