Administration of Wintel, Active Directory & Messaging environment

Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Windows Servers 2008/2012/2019/2022

Strong knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, GPO, DFS Excellent hands-on experience on Exchange Server 2016/2019 and MS Teams collaboration tool and M365

Experience in handling Email Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus Issues

Strong Knowledge on Microsoft & Exchange Clustering / Archival Solution (Enterprise Vault)

Working Knowledge of File & Print servers

Experience in handling Anti-Virus Issues

Working Knowledge of File, Print servers & SCCM, SCOM & Manage Engine, AD Audit Plus, AD Manager Plus, AD Self Service Plus, Exchange Reported Plus

Ensure 100% SLA compliance

Driving initiatives to improve SLAs by analysis and Responses

Responsible for driving all P1, P2, incidents, change requests and OEM/ vendor management for the tower

Owner for Daily/Weekly/Monthly reviews for the tower

Responsible for Technology refresh in respective domain

Maintain up to date Asset inventory/information

Ensure monitoring of all assets in respective domain
