Your Role and Responsibilities
Performing Starting and Stopping SAP instance/(s)
Prepare and maintain system documentation, procedures, and standards.
SAPGUI/SAPLGPAD troubleshooting and maintenance/upgrades/installations.
Performing Pre & Post System Refresh activities
Perform OSS / SAP Service Marketplace: Searching notes & creating OSS messages for the respective queries to improve the Performance. And software download, Maintain System Data, License Key & Maintenance Certificate, Developer & object registrations and connection maintenance
Installation of SAP servers and post installation activities
Applying Support packs and Kernel Up gradation
Generating Solution manager key for the Landscape as required
Time based and event-based Scheduling of background jobs and monitoring them
Client Administration including client copy / export / import / delete
User Management like User Creation, deletion of user, users locks
Analysing of missing authorizations and assigning Roles to users
STMS Transport setup and management
Download and applying Support Patches and SAP Notes
Performance monitoring and fine tuning
Maintaining Profile parameters
SAP spool configuration
Analysing short dumps
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
SAP application management .Operating systems & and Databases and troubleshooting
User Management like User Creation, deletion of user, users locks
Analysing of missing authorizations and assigning Roles to users
