Your Role and Responsibilities
Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex computer systems, software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
Provides technical support in the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions.
Involved in report design, solving reliability and maintenance problems or bugs, and design engineering/software engineering.
May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customer/users on highly technical or sophisticated products.
Requires knowledge of one or more networking system technology areas.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Candidate should have minimum 0-2+ years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of all networks, especially those used by the company.
Interpersonal skills and experience in presenting.
Problem solving and project management experience.
