LEAD School Looking for IT Warehouse Engineer at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Full Time

• Hands on experience as Desktop support engineer/warehouse engineer/IT support

engineer to resolve problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources

• Respond to technical support calls from end users of computers and software

applications

• Setting up new computers, peripheral devices, Tablet and networks resources
• Set up user accounts and profiles on devices
• Install and configure operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such

as WPS, MS Office

• Maintain inventories of hardware and software
• Track computer system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits
• Ensure all issues are properly logged along with solutions for future reference
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Follow-up with end users to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after

troubleshooting.

• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

Must:

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Ubuntu/Mac OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, TAB devices, and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg: Any-desk)
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents ( hardware and software ) related to desktop, laptop

and associated peripherals

• Handle installation and configuration of Antivirus software on all the Desktop, Laptop

and updating of Anti-virus patches.

Should:
. Familiar with windows 11 & Mac OS

• Hand on experience over Remote devices ( Any-desk)
• Tablet handling Skill
• Ability to multitask
• Keep calm under Pressure
