LSEGs Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (COE) lead end to end delivery of automation projects that drive customer and business benefits from ideation through to production and support. The Intelligent Automation Solution Architect is a key role within the COE and an experienced leader with a strong track record in solving business challenges through the application of a broad suite of Intelligent Automation capabilities.
This role will review and assess opportunities put forward and recommend solutions that combine the best of Intelligent Automation and Lean process design. They support their project teams with technical feasibility assessments and documentation of solution architecture artefacts. As a key role within the team, they will also act as an advocate for Intelligent Automation. They will be abreast new and emerging technologies that the COE can take advantage of to further improve our service offering.
Responsibilities:
Understand LSEG’s Intelligent Automation tool kit and select the appropriate technology and required solution definition
Partner with the Intelligent Automation COE and relevant LSEG Technology teams to execute on the prioritized list of automation enhancements and functionalities
Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution
Interface with key stakeholders and Technology teams to get architecture signoff
Troubleshoot and assist project team(s) in resolving critical technical issues
Train project team(s) in adopting reusability and best architectural, design and coding practices
Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews, code reviews and walkthrough
Establish technical frameworks while guiding, managing, and owning reusable components for adoption across engagements
Keep abreast of intelligent automation capabilities and support stakeholder awareness sessions
Design complex and multi-bot solutions with one or more than one IA COE tool kit
Own and manage effective communication and coordination with infrastructure, cloud hosting services team, automation platform and cloud teams in case of major technical issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Advanced Analytics or equivalent
Advanced level certification in more than one RPA tool e.g. UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism or similar
Celonis Process Mining certification (preferred)
BPM Workflow tool certification (preferred)
Other Intelligent Automation certifications (preferred)
Experience/Skills Requirements
Extensive experience providing solution architecture support either through a professional services firm or in house company function
Experience in AI and Advanced Analytics including NLP, hyper-automation, machine learning advisory and implementation that can drive significant business benefit
Knowledge in Agile (Scrum) framework and user story creation
Knowledgeable in RPA augmentation with other Digital technologies to architect transformations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Sound knowledge of Agile project execution methodology
Expertise in designing solutions on Legacy ERP’s/Mainframes.
Experience of working with third parties in the delivery of technical products
Cloud platform expertise with AWS (preferred)
Experience in VDI/VM and Jira (preferred)
Understanding of Lean process design and best practices (preferred)
