IT Servicedesk activities coordinator and Infrastructure systems monitoring
Responsibilities
1. Creation and assignment of SD requests.
2. Tasks implementation within the SD system.
3. Processing emails and other correspondence related with the SD project.
4. Work with users. Receiving calls. Consulting users by phone about questions within the competence of SD coordinators.
5. Work with SD engineers. Interaction with different lines of support specialists for acceleration of solving process.
6. Monitoring of Infrastructure services.
