WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As a Technical Support Intern/Support Consultant, you will become a member of the Customer Services team and be responsible for handling supervision shifts, as well as helping out the team with simple customer cases. Syncron is a company that changes constantly so we are looking for a self-driven, ambitious, positive spirit to join a great team. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that we deliver the best productivity experience possible to our internal customers around the world.
Your daily tasks:
Helping support team handle helpdesk,
Handling supervisions during CET time as well as the US, IN, and JP time zones (if necessary) for our biggest clients – but we can adjust to your schedule at the university as well!
Assisting the support team in handling product-related cases.
What we expect from you:
Availability to work in shifts model for various timezones (with flexibility, so that you can work while studying),
Readiness to get to know new technologies and learn the SCM sector (with our full support!),
Basic knowledge of SQL (or willingness to learn it),
Great communication skills,
Fluency in English (both verbal and written), Polish is not required,
Nice to have: IT or logistics related education,
Nice to have: German or Spanish skills (intermediate or fluent).

The recruitment process: after you send us your CV, we will get back to you with further information within a few days. The first stage is a call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (around 30-45 minutes). Then, you will have a chance to meet with the team leader (60 minutes). The last stage is a meeting with some additional expert from our Support team (60 minutes). The whole process is being done remotely, via Microsoft Teams.
