Job Description:

a) Should be familiar in working with Computer / laptop/ workstation and LAN network.

b) to be responsible for Installation of computer / laptop , LAN network / WAN network hardware like Routers, Switches and wireless Access point

c) To co-ordinate with mentor helpdesk team whenever if any network failure / hardware & Systems failure not working and raise ticket and pursue with them to resolve hardware issue as soon as possible

d) To provide after sale support to the clients by undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining existing video conference system / network hardware.

e) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

f) Upgrade, install and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware devices & software and video conference.

g) Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues by analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.

h)Perform troubleshoot and resolve different problem and evaluate LAN and WAN functionality to administer all shortcomings.
