Good exposure and hands-on with Dockers, Kubernetes, containerized concepts.

Good exposure in working on windows and Linux OS.

Fundamental knowledge on AWS, Azure etc public clouds

Demonstrated Experience on configuring all SMAX modules especially Incident, Request, SACM, knowledge and Change.

Developing custom apps and workflows, business Rules.

Knowledge on configuring the End Points and defines Webservices.

Strong knowledge on SMAX platform architecture both on Premises and Cloud.

Should have knowledge on Integrating with Microfocus uCMDB, SharePoint.

Have knowledge on Microfocus Operations Orchestration is an advantage

Should have knowledge on Integrating with Flat files, LDAP or any third party applications

Ability to automate using scripts – PowerShell, Perl, python, Unix shell and Java scripts

Good knowledge on Devops is an added advantage.

Having experience of working in an Agile framework.

Conduct workshops, gap analysis, ensure quality of the deliverables.

Experience of installing and configuring Connect IT (OOTB, standard as well as advanced connectors like Web Service, XML

Ability to troubleshoot and fix existing Connect IT scenarios
