Position: Techincal Support

Work Location: Adyar, Chennai

Experience – Min 1 – year exp (Female Preferable)

Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of SQL Server
• Handling in ERP Software Support & Implementation.
• Understand and Map the Software Process with client requirement
• Client Co-ordination.
• Take end to end ownership of clients issues reported.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients.
• Attending to the technical issues of the assigned tickets of clients over a remote session or on-site depending on the criticality.
• Should have good knowledge and experience in upgradation and migration activities.
• Provide active updates to the customer until the issue has been resolved
