JR15362 IT TEAM LEAD
We are looking for an IT team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the department objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the agile team’s potential.
To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive sales results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.
As Team Leader (Supervisor), will help team member to figure out their development path and provide support on demand and responsible with:
Direct a team of architects, engineers, analysts, and others in delivering business intelligence solutions
Ensure the team remains current on required skills o Invest time in coaching and mentoring team members
Help team members learn and grow o Provide timely and honest feedback and assessments
Deliver clear messages that provide recognition and foster improvement
Know people in your team as individuals o Encourage the team to innovate
T o be a creative Scrum Master and also Good Practitioner in Agile Team
Partner with Product Owners to manage their prioritized stories
Understand key business objectives and strategy, communicate to the team in partnership with the Product Owner
Coordinate and/or facilitate story mapping, sprint/release planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and demos
Enable the team to meet sprint goals by helping to remove roadblocks
Foster and coach the team for adoption of Agile tools and practices
Provide visibility into progress of team velocity and sprint/release activities
