Designation – System Administrator.

Gender – Male only

Experience – 4 to 5 Years

Salary – 22 k to 26k CTC

Qualification– Any Graduate

Job location – Gonde MIDC Nashik.

Job Description –

1- Desktop , Laptop Hardware setup including Assembling troubleshooting .

2- Installation ,configuration and troubles shooting of OS , all types of App.

3- Basic Network trouble shooting in desktops , Laptops and printers.

4- Operating systems Antivirus Software updates logs in desktops laptops installation ,configuration and troubles shooting of IP phones head sets Email configuration in desktops Laptop users with printer handling service desk requests.

5- Managing the infra Assets

6- Maintain pro activeness on alerts / tasks by using tools

7- Create tickets for the critical alerts which have been escalated to seniors and update the tickets with the appropriate information.

Skills Set Required –

1- Log all request in provided Record Book / application and respond quickly priority wise to incoming IT Requests / Issue Install,

2- Configure maintain e-mail clients remotely installation and configuration of client OS physically on client machine or using any third party tool perform desktop backup and restore activities ( client level ) Trouble shoot issues of operating systems ( windows 10, windows 8.1, 8 & 7 etc.)

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
