Experian is seeking a strong technical leader to build and develop a new team focussed on Cloud Monitoring. This is a fast paced, dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to craft a team solving some of the most thought-provoking challenges and drive customer success. You will collaborate with technical and business teams globally to understand their challenges and deliver best-in-class service. You will be responsible for building and developing a highly motivated team that services IT and business teams globally. You will create budget projections, develop individual growth plans, ensure our services are optimized, manage issues, and inspire greatness.

Key Responsibilities
Create and develop a highly motivated, transformational team with a drive towards excellence in everything they do
Meet strategic objectives on time with flawless delivery
Collaborate with operational, technical and non-technical business teams globally
Equate business challenges and requirements to technical deliveries. Agree timelines and ensure execution at pace and on time.
Manage service impacting issues to quickly isolate fault domain and determine root cause.
You will champion forward thinking by bringing a unique point of view while inspiring impeccable quality from others
Create and administer disaster recovery plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis
Preserve information security and control structures
Suggest, design, and implement improvements to currently deployed solutions
Support global operations and business support/development teams to improve delivery through automation and innovation
Stand out as a leader by driving meaningful change and delivering results from your passion for observability and resiliency
Qualifications
The following skills will guarantee interest:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management
8+ years of experience in IT management
Comprehensive understanding of Cloud infrastructure (AWS), operations, and business service/application performance management
Previous experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch and ServiceNow or other automation, orchestration, insight, and intelligence tools
Programming skills in at least one of the following: Python, Perl, Shell scripting (Linux), JavaScript or Powershell
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and a strong work ethic coupled with a curiosity for new trends and emerging technologies
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, detail oriented, and can work collaboratively with others
