Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading, executing and implementing of developments of SAP based solutions in the areas of EHS and Regulatory compliance, as well as managing the operation and stability of these solutions.
Job Description:
Execute / lead assigned projects and activities within the areas of EHS and Regulatory compliance.
Define and adopt new development approaches and technology.
Provide technical direction to team members
Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays.

Minimal Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent is required.
6+ years of technical experience with specifically SAP EHS and related modules.
Must have strong experience in Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management (DG), WWI Templates Like MSDS & Label templates.
Knowledge in Substance Volume Tracking (SVT) & Reach Regulation.
Knowledge in various Regulations for Chemical Industry and their integration with SAP EHS module.
1 + years of Project Management and/or team Leadership
Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Familiar with full-life cycle (SDLC) development and formal change management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, effectively interacting with others.
Experience in off/on shore model as well as working with Virtual teams.
Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with international or global SAP deployments
Working knowledge of systems like SAP BW and data visualization like Tableau/ Power BI
