The HR and Technology teams work together to ensure our systems/tools are designed to expedite business strategies, operate efficiently, and provide relevant, impactful data to our stakeholders (leaders and employees). This position will play a key role in accurately identifying and documenting our business strategies/problems in order to translate them into successful solutions.
The HR Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for project documentation (ensuring HR business requirements are complete and identify all relevant dependencies and use cases), system/data analysis (to ensure our configuration/data is ready for implementation), and solutioning support (to ensure our final design/configuration fully meets our business needs).
This role is remote optional until April 4, 2022, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Gurugram Office for when we introduce our hybrid model.
Responsibilities
Elicit, understand, and document HR stakeholder business requirements, processes, and workflows. Ensure final documentation is complete and clearly articulates use cases/business problems
Develop specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and models to illustrate and guide system design options and capabilities for HR stakeholders
Develop specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts for the HRIS engineering team to execute (inclusive of organizational hierarchies, master data structures, workflows, business rules, interface design, and permissions)
Work with the HRIS team to identify solutions and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Conduct gap analysis between HR requirements and SuccessFactors functionality. Collaborate with CorpsEngineering, Data Engineering, Corporate IT, and HRIS to identify solutions
Support configuration and data audits to ensure successful configuration and data migration
Assist in project implementation progress, coordination of testing, deployment, change management, and validation of key measures of success
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years experience in HR technology with 3+ years experience serving as a Business System Analyst
Solid understanding of HR systems landscape, master data structures, and HR processes is required
SAP SuccessFactors experience, preferably during an implementation, is preferred
Understanding of agile project methodologies
Experience working with JIRA to log, track, and execute initiatives
Experience creating flowcharts, diagrams and ability to create them live
Ability to map HR business processes to system functionality
Ability to identify HR process gaps and dependencies
Familiar with industry best practices
Experience using RPA to supplement system functionality/automation – understand capabilities and best practice for use
Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
Success Measures
In three months,
you will have learned the goals of our HR transformation, key stakeholder needs, and how to position yourself to make an impact through business process/system documentation and analysis. You will learn this through requirements and design sessions with your stakeholders where you will begin to translate business needs into actionable requirements and system specifications
In six months,
your team will have identified, documented, and prototyped the strategies needed to implement strong HR master data structures, governance, and solutions. The team, and yourself, will be the first point of contact to document, prototype, and begin execution on business needs/strategies
In twelve months,
you/team/department will ensure optimal HR operations as well as employee experiences through the ability to tailor prototypes and solutions to identified personas representing segments of the employee population
