As a Kilobytes Data Solutions Engineer, you will work with customers directly to provide support and management of Microsoft 365 and Azure services with a focus on Microsoft Teams (PBX), Exchange Online and Azure IaaS.
We are seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer (CSE) who specializes in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure) who will work with our solutions team and customer business decision makers along with their IT teams to understand their business requirements and address these using Microsoft technologies. As a CSE you will be the subject matter expert and key technical resource for the customer, primarily focused on delivering proactive services such as technology deployments, technical assessments and providing tailored technical guidance. Recent experience and advanced Microsoft 365 skills are essential.
