Mphasis Hiring For Oracle Business Analyst at Pune Full Time

This position will be responsible for conducting Oracle Implementations for Emerson Measurement Systems and Solutions Business unit and requires expert skills for Oracle Production Instance Implementations (end to end) Support and Communication with Stakeholders.

Technical Skills :

• Oracle Applications R12 Project Accounting (Projects Billing and Costing)
• Experience in Oracle Applications R12 (Projects Billing and Costing, INV, , Order Management, Procurement, Basic Finance module
• Basic knowledge in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms preferred
• Experience in supporting Oracle Applications production system, working on support tickets, and providing solution(s) for the same.
• Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process reengineering. Experience in end-to-end Oracle implementation project
• Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle
• Experience with interpreting & analyzing user requirements specifications.
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process re-engineering
• Must be a collaborator with the ability to work independently as well as part of a Global team
• Develop training material and application documentation as required. Educate & train business users
• Provide post go-live support for configuration and application of multiple functional modules
• Awareness of Emerson Systems
• Reporting Footprint in APAC
