1. Job Description Manager / Engineer -Customer Services and Support
Job objective
He is responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of new systems & products and the ongoing projects in coordination with the principals or independently. Will be responsible to impart technical knowledge on maintenance aspects to the customers by providing timely training and service and enhance new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
· Participate in the installation and commissioning process with the principals (Microwave Vision Group) on new projects.
· Provide support onsite warranty and annual maintenance contracts
· Handle customer queries and problems.
· Attend to Breakdown calls and resolve all issues within timeframe onsite / offsite.
· Troubleshoot problems related to software, RF, and other motion control systems.
· Consult / avail online support from Principals as when required.
· Prepare onsite activity report duly signed by Customer and forward to Customer support coordinator for billing / records.
· Maintain security measures and material safety for all projects.
· Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics & wiring drawings and repairs equipment, Utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments/hand tools.
· Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers and record these resolutions for general use.
· To maintain good relations with all the customers and ensure customer satisfaction
· Make an effort to promote company products during repair work or during interacting with clients.
· Maintain interaction with sales force and professional services to ensure customer needs are met and growth opportunities are maximized.
· Ensures project operational documentation are strictly adhered to as per ISO certification.
· Reports to Project Head for all compliance matters.
Relationship and Role
· Monitor and keep contact with the customers on a regular basis.
· Participate in scheduling programs for AMC and visits of Principals
· Ensure ISO documentation and compliance by staff
Qualification and Experience
1.0 A degree in EEE / ECE engineering with a certification / diploma in technical project management. A diploma in computer applications with related knowledge in handling project software is desirable.
2.0 Minimum of 02 to 10 yrs. experience in handling electronic & electrical test equipment.
3.0 He should be capable of handling and servicing electronics and electrical equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
