Responsibilities
Provide 2nd Level Application Support to applications on Oracle Application Platform within NCR IT Enterprise Business Applications (EBA), as-well-as provide engagement of proper IT team on crisis and initiation of the Major Incident (Crisis) Management Process.
Perform, organize, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors.
Provide technical assistance to business.
Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required. Interact with clients, resolve problems, and provide information on issues.
Application availability, performance, and heath while working in shifts , need to make sure SLA’s are achieved ,also ensure all required support is provided to business.
Other responsibilities would be to supervise all investigations into problematic activity and provide on-going communication with senior management, work on RCA and provide initial RCA within 24 Hr.
Skills
Oracle, PL/SQL , Unix and Oracle Application ( Any Module).
