Role and Responsibilities.

• Troubleshooting user systems

Periodically troubleshoot and fix PC / Printer / Scanner issues as per user complaints

Log regular complaints from every user and try to find permanent solutions

Suggest improvements in the existing system / network setup

Regularly monitor daily backup process in the server

Check whether the backed up data is saved in the respective folder as defined in the backup job

Daily check systems for network connectivity and report any instances to the reporting head

Ensure share drive access does not have any issues and if need be fix them when user requests

• Antivirus Installation & Monitoring

Regularly check systems for antivirus updates and scans

Monitor antivirus logs for any red flags by logging to the portal

Add / Remove users in the server

Set folder permissions

Connect users to company domain

Periodically update the list of available IT assets at client base and submit them to your reporting head

Classify working and non working IT assets

Update the available IT stock list

• Periodically update and monitor the IP addresses of users
• Periodically update and monitor the email addresses of users

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
