Job Description:
1. Need to give Physical Support or remote support to the Employee related to IT Issues (such as System issue, Network issue)
2. Installing OS (Operating System) in Laptops and Desktops
3. Need to check any hardware issues in Desktop and Laptop and troubleshoot it accordingly.
3. Taking care of IT Assets which includes Laptop, Desktop, Macbook, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset and etc
4. troubleshooting the Network Issues such as Wifi Issue, LAN Issues, DHCP issues and so on.
