Job Role purpose:
In the Nokia Digital Office Infrastructure unit, the IT Project Management Office Manager provides governance & support to the Infrastructure Program/Project Manager on program/project scope, management of resources, costs, timeline, benefits and risks, project mgt deliverables, scope change.
He/she drives and ensures use of the Digital Office (DO) IT Demand process, Program Validation process, Program & Project Management Methodology & related tool and fosters improvements to contribute to a predictable & successful project delivery: project delivered per the committed scope, within forecasted timeline, costs, benefits and required quality.
Technical skills are expected in the IT Infrastructure area.
Key tasks and main responsibilities:
Provides operational guidance to Programs & Projects throughout their life cycle
Supports definition of project scope, structure and governance, project mgt deliverables & targets
Supports Infrastructure teams and programs to successfully go through the Demand & Program Validation processes, including business case creation with expected business benefits and service cost impacts
Provides support for managing projects according to the IT P2M Methodology to ensure Infrastructure projects are delivered per the committed scope, within forecasted timeline, costs, benefits and required quality
Join the program steering teams to review the milestone quality
Supports Project Management in end-to-end monitoring, reporting, analyzing and managing the project execution progress against tasks, deliverables, milestones, costs & benefits until project closure
Supports to plan, agree and manage needed resources, and assign work and responsibilities
Supports identification & mitigation of risks
Ensures availability of project / program executive level information by establishing / using reporting solutions
Supports to ensure alignment on change
Competences:
0 to 3 years of experience in Project Management / Project Management Office
