About Nokia IT Enterprise Applications:
Provision of end-to-end IT services to Business Groups and Corporate Functions.
Leading the relationship, project and service delivery, portfolio management, technology roadmaps across multiple Business Groups and Corporate Functions
Delivery of projects and services to business counterparts and coordination across IT to facilitate delivery within their domain
Provision of an accountable face of IT towards business (through the role of Business Partners in Business Applications)
Nokia IT is building a modern, product-oriented technology organization that executes with urgency, precision, and with an extreme focus on customer service. As part of this journey, Nokia is undergoing a large-scale, global SAP S/4HANA implementation across all business and functional groups. The goal of this implementation is to migrate to a standard SAP S/4HANA ecosystem that is agile, scalable and able to meet Nokia’s current and future needs. In addition, Nokia IT is also improving its internal capabilities to support a Next Generation set of tools and processes.
The Next Generation ERP (NG ERP) program will deliver a harmonized ERP solution for the Nokia business based on an SAP S/4HANA platform. The NG ERP Program Lead will be accountable for managing the overall program including managing budgets, resources, planning and delivering all elements of the NG ERP development and delivery lifecycle.
The role is responsible for capturing requirements, architecting, designing, configuring and implementing solutions in the Logistics area and the functional maintenance of the enabling ERP applications.
What you will learn and contribute to
Participate in EWM and Procure to Pay implementation activities and act as a liaison with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend ERP related best practices.
Participate in user sessions for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, configuration, unit testing, and UAT.
Manage business process mapping, process re-engineering and gap analysis. Recommend opportunities for streamlining, consolidating and optimizing processes.
Assist with solution strategies for business requirements, enhancement requests and defect fixes. Identify, develop and deliver business and technical solutions.
Act as a functional subject matter expert of SAP end-end EWM and STP functionalities.
Act as the logistics architect for Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management.
Build & manage world-class internal capabilities.
Manage quality of deliverables of internals and externals
Ensure resources are made available for project and support related work
Develop functional specifications for the development of reports, forms, configurations, interfaces, and enhancements in EWM and STP areas.
Configure solutions
Manage and coordinate changes and unit and regression testing with integration partners.
Collaborate with other functional and technical teams on business needs, information, applications, and long-term plans while helping to ensure integration with strategic plans.
Develop test scenarios and scripts, perform unit testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing to resolve and close defects.
Develop work instructions and job aids for end-user training.
Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a global environment; interacting with and influencing business partners at all levels.
Support the development of standardized/centralized analytical reporting.
Support the identification, prioritization, and implementation of new platform and process capabilities.
Support change management and training relative to new processes or platforms; coordinate user testing and acceptance.
Promote the use of standard solutions avoiding customization
Protect the integrity of SAP templates by avoiding deviations and reducing customizations.
Participate in design governance forums as needed
Work with business leads to develop end-user capabilities
Your skills and experience
A minimum of 15+ years of SAP EWM/ MM related implementation experience working in large and complex transformations with at least 3+ full life cycle implementations.
A minimum 2+ EWM implementations experience is a must.
A minimum one end to end S4 HANA implementation is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
Experience in designing and configuring SAP EWM/ MM solutions.
Deep knowledge of SAP EWM, Source to Pay, Master data, Inventory management and Logistics Execution
SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is must.
The chosen candidate will be expected to build a high-performing team that will reduce reliance on external system integrators and perform a rollout in record time while minimizing costs.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification (Functional and/or technical) preferred
Experience in integrating with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP, LE)
Experience working on third party integrations, and EDI integrations.
A good understanding of integration points to CPQ and CRM.
Good understanding of Fiori apps, and role design for Fiori apps.
Nice to have a basic ABAP debugging experience.
