What you will learn and contribute to
As System Adminstrator – ITSM Platform you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and usability of cloud based ITSM Platform components. You will be part of our IT Service Management team within Infrastructure. We operate and develop the Nokia Now Platform based on ServiceNow, and several components running in Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. These components are at the core of many IT service management processes within Nokia IT and serve Nokia’s entire workforce.

As part of our team, you will:
Perform operation and maintenance tasks for ITSM Platform components
Manage support for incidents and requests related to ITSM Platform components
Contribute to software releases by developing user stories
Your skills and experience
You have:
>2 Years of hands on experience with adminstation and development in Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
Experience with ServiceNow and service management (ITIL in general) within client environments
Linux
Javascript programming experience
Problem-solving skills
A technical mind
An organised mind
Attention to detail
It would be nice if you also had:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
Microsoft Azure Certification or Google Cloud Certification
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
