If this interests you, we are looking for an IT Client Support Specialist with a real desire to provide our internal customers with the highest quality of service by responding to incoming calls and Service Desk tickets, diagnosing, and resolving problems remotely.Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist internal customers who call our Service Desk or submit tickets with PC hardware, software, printer, or other IT-related issues
Respond to requests in our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool in a timely manner
Investigating, diagnosing, and solving Complex computer software and hardware faults.
Interact with clients on computer equipment, set up functions, and IT processes daily.
Document details from investigating and troubleshooting calls and requests within our ITSM, Jira Service Desk
Escalate requests to next-level support when necessary
Create additional documentation articles in Confluence (Wiki) to help the team solve similar issues
Comply with policies, procedures, and guidelines
You are responsible for organizing, planning, and prioritizing your multiple job activities
Function/ Purpose:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance/support over the phone, email, or via the company ticketing system
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and integrity in your relationships with customers and other team members.
Ability to work independently under stress and meet deadlines, as well as contribute as a team player.
Be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information when needed.
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels and stakeholders – internally and externally on complex technical issues
Understanding and working knowledge of Two-Factor Authentication.
Understanding and working knowledge of MDM Solutions.
Understanding and working knowledge of networks & server environments.
You can show a demonstrable understanding of network configuration and problem-solving networking issues.
You are knowledgeable about the use of cloud storage and utilization.
You are self-directed and results-oriented with the ability to work expertly and with little supervision

Qualification, knowledge, and experience:
University Degree in Computer Science or a related subject is ideal or relevant working experience.
MCP, MCSE, CCNA, Comptia, A+, Comptia Network +, ITIL Certification an Advantage.
Experience minimum 1 year of experience in a large corporate environment.
