About the Department
The position is based in the department Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI), within Global IT Operations. The department consists of highly skilled cloud architects, service managers and automation professionals, who possesses strong technical platform skills and solid business understanding. The C&CI department holds different agile product teams that work with cloud and corporate infrastructure. The teams are global and hold team members from India, US and Denmark. All teams work closely with numerous business stakeholders and our colleagues in Global IT. This position belongs with the Azure DevOps Product team.
The Position
As an Advance Operations Analyst II, you are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:
1. Managing Azure DevOps Platform:
You shall play a key role in managing Azure Devops Platform. You shall be additionally responsible for supporting the qualification activities, including all the system documentation creation, review/approval for the validation deliverables like user requirements, system specifications, Validation Plan, Qualification Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Functional Risk assessment, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, Traceability matrix, Design Specs, and validation summary reports.
You shall support Microsoft Azure DevOps cloud platform in executing projects in Agile Methodology and storing/managing source code to streamline development process in Novo Nordisk. It is an integrated set of features that shall be accessed through a web browser for a global audience of Novo Nordisk.
2. Efficiently Manage Systems & process:
You shall prepare and develop the services agreed in SLA. You will manage the expectation of Lob/Super Users, Customers, and user as to the uses of services and systems. You will be a single point contact, liaison and escalation for all system and service-related matters. You shall ensure appropriate level of services to meet future business needs. You will also identify new service requirements to existing systems and services and provide input to service level manager.
3. Efficient Stakeholder & Vendor management:
You will be responsible to ensure an effective vendor management by Contracting services from vendors and platform owners as needed. You shall coordinate and negotiate with vendors and ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems. You will have to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily with customers, vendors and consultants in multiple geographies and time-zones.
Qualifications
You should hold a BSc or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration). Overall 7+ years of system/service management experience and within GxP regulated industry. Documented experience from work utilizing data bases, preferably as a system manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
2+ years’ experience in Azure Devops – supporting & managing AZURE develops platform, responsible for qualification activities user requirement, system specification, day to day to ops & maintenance.
You shall demonstrate good understanding of ITIL, strong Compliance and GxP experience from several systems. System management knowledge is necessary, experience with (3-5 years’ experience) in Change management, Configuration management, Release management and Incident & Problem management.
