About the department
Global IT India is a team of 700+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of Global IT India is to ‘manage’ IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial IT department is an integral part of the Global IT Organization within GBS India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In Global IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.
The position
The position holder will act as a System Manager for critical production sites usage IT systems – novoBMS and novoFMS, in Product Supply at Novo Nordisk. You will be responsible to drive system management activities for FMS/BMS systems and participate in Agile meetings and provide relevant input from System Manager’s standpoint. Further, create documentation necessary to help progress the two prototype implementations and ensure functionality, documentation, and quality for systems. You will be responsible for systems compliance and support of system audits. Ensuring preparation and maintenance of SLA between MIT and Local End-Users.
Qualifications
MSC, MBA, BA or similar Graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration)
5+ years of experience into IT industry
2+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry
2+ years of experience in handling GxP systems or projects
2+ years of technical expertise in Application Management, Incident, problem and change management
Good knowledge of CSV and SDLC
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external vendors/stakeholders
Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure
ITIL Foundation or Intermediate level certification
Ability to extend work hours to accomplish project tasks
