About the department
The Global IT Organisation in Novo Nordisk consolidates all Information Technology (IT) functions anchored locally across the Novo Nordisk Executive Vice President (EVP) areas and also the IT functions driven centrally, e.g. IT infrastructure & support, information security and system management. Manufacturing IT (MIT) delivers services in the Product supply areas on Novo Nordisk global network. The OT & MES department is a self-propelled unit working in an agile setup with globally agile teams. The team constitutes of experienced Architects, System Managers, Specialist, product owner, scrum master and Supporters .
The position
This position holder primarily plays the role of System Manager for GxP (GMP) critical IT systems and responsible for Computerised Equipments in Site IT department. You need to take care of the yearly System Management activities including developing the IT system strategy with a strong focus on future of system in the organisation as well as Change & Release management (as a coordinator).
An ideal person will be skilled in managing the stakeholders and vendors. You will participate actively in the ITSMM Change Advisory Board to evaluate and facilitate introduction of specific changes to the ITSMM portal.
Qualifications
To be confident in this role, we believe you should have:
Bachelor’s degree (Software Engineering, Computer Science)
6+ years of experience into IT industry (preferably into IT- Operational technology)
Experience in Change management, ITIL & ITSM Processes.
2+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry
3+ years of technical expertise in Application Management
ITIL Foundation or Intermediate level certification
