POSITION TITLE: Business Analyst, Commercial SBC
Experience : 2+ years
Location : Bangalore
Shift : Night Shift (5:00 PM 02:00 AM)
CTC : Max 7.3 LPA + Work from home allowance (Rs. 12000 annually) + Shift allowance (Rs. 30000 annually)

Notice period immediate to 1 month
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst will be working closely with the Vice president and management and will cater to the business requirements. It is a technical functional role where the candidate is expected to understand the operations and apply technical skills for business improvements, reporting and project oversight.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, analyze and manage various operational, quality control and key performance reporting
- Review Quality Control reports for the department, collaborate with the Management to update requirement changes and provide regular updates to Senior Management
- Work with the rating agency SPOC towards understanding the requirements and providing accurate data in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborates with the business leaders on the preparation of clear, accurate compelling monthly performance reporting
- Reviews and analyze for accuracy and completeness key reports
- Coordinates and reviews complex projects within the department ensuring timely completion and analytical interpretation
- Assist in determining which processes can and should be automated; lead the prioritization of report enhancement requests with business and reporting management
- Opportunity to take up multiple projects that cut across the organization towards improving processes and efficiency through data analysis
- Work closely in developing enhancement programs based on process excellence initiatives
- Support leadership in its decision-making needs, independently diagnose problems, assess solutions and identify business opportunities/efficiencies by leveraging data and analytics methods
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of fifteen years of education.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an analytical/data function (preferably within mortgage industry)
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. PowerPoint and Macro VBA proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 1-year hands on experience with SQL
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience analyzing large datasets and ability to visualize data
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to bring clarity to undefined problems
- Strong project management skills, including ability to work to deadlines and give realistic estimates
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Demonstrate proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Shift timings- 04:30 PM to 01:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
