Your Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for Receiving, logging and managing phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries from all sites across India and Southeast Asia.
Support/Execute IT operations and support IT for all sites across India and Southeast Asia.
Troubleshoot clients and network issues, escalate unresolved calls to dedicated Infrastructure and application teams Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to the requests.
Install new / existing computers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Follow ITSM Practices, Track & route problems to correct resources using IT Support desk tools such as Cherwell & Ensure proper recording, documentation, and timely closure of tickets withing the SLA.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, servers, and reviewing system and application logs.
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
Follow up with user, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
Maintain System Vitality, Perform timely client, server, network hardware and software upgrades as per guidelines.
Maintain inventory/Asset database of all IT equipment’s, software and software licenses, and track changes.
Effectively Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software and solution logs.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
Responsible to follow Oerlikon Global Security practices, implement and monitor security KPI’s, maintain highest security level, closely work with SOC operation.
Person should service oriented and extend his support beyond limitation of geography and time, priorities business support needs /operational demands.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, BSc IT, BCA or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing IT Support.
Understanding of IT and basic business processes (manufacturing).
Experience in using IT project management methods/tools.
Experience in ticketing system management and operation.
Good understanding of IT security management.
Good experience in IT technology service operations and event management.
Certification on Microsoft technology or Microsoft IT support is a plus.
Certification in ITIL foundation is a plus.

Fluency in English (verbal + written).
Good understanding of IT support Service management and related activities in MFG organization.
Ability to work and communicate at all levels of the organization.
Ability to interact with all local and global IT support organization.
Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of IT hardware’s
Good knowledge of MS Client operating systems.
Good knowledge in OS staging, Software distribution, Auto Pilot installation etc.
Knowledge on Cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS).
Experience with Active Directory (users management, security groups, policies).
Experience with RDSH and VDI.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/SAP environment is a plus.
