Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for recruitment service delivery through effective hiring
strategy and client engagement. The individual shall play an effective role of being a trusted talent
advisor by suggesting best practices, market insights and driving projects in the areas of building
talent pipeline, employer branding, candidate experience, digital transformation etc.
A flexible and exceptionally collaborative approach with the team is essential. This position permanent
work from home
1. Ideal incumbent will have at least 4-10 years of multi facet / across levels hiring
2. The incumbent should have excellent candidate management, Stakeholder management
skills from sourcing of CV till the joining phase
3. Having deep expertise in performing Resource planning. Work with hiring managers to
understand the technical job descriptions
4. Developing Sourcing Strategy, by identifying the most effective sourcing channels like job
portals, employee referrals, social networking, head hunting etc.
5. Manage and own the end-to-end Recruitment Process flow
6. Manage recruitment and resume database and ensure it always reflects the latest status
7. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment updates to senior management
8. Collaborate with various stakeholders and departments to ensure smooth functioning of
recruitment function
9. Ability to handle hiring spikes with ease, and show consistent increase in hiring numbers

Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute
Ability to apply creative and innovative ideas.
Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to guide and motivate his/her team to perform at a very high level.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Should be comfortable working on Non-IT hiring as well basis the requirements
