a.Take calls to IM lines

b.Open Parent Ticket for P1/P2 and call driving P3 incidents

c.Associate children to Parent Tickets

d.Post info in MS Teams ‘IM Parents’ Chat

e.Present to TCC (via OpsBridge & Chat or Phone)

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years IT experience. 5+ years experience in ITIL Process Management / Incident Management role
