Required-

· Sourcing candidates for recruitment against manpower requirements.
· Operationalizing company’s selection process.
· Building strong professional relationships with consultants and academies by staying active on job boards, social networks to find right talent.
· Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
· Organizing campus drives and job fairs while simultaneously hosting in-house recruitment events.
· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
· Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
· Timely Quality Recruitment according to manpower requirement.
· Compliance to selection process.
· Lead Time for recruitment.
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
· Advanced knowledge of MS-Office, database management, internet research.
· Prior experience in conducting various types of interviews (office, campus, phone, online platforms).
· Familiarity with job boards, HR software, and recruitment strategy.
