Technical Skills & Experience
· The foundation of your success is 6+ years of IT professional experience preferably in SAP ERP area.
· SAP BTP experience in setting different services like gateway, launchpad, authentication and connecting to backend ERP systems using cloud connector is a added advantage.
· Experience in handling a small team of developers/consultants is must.
· Hands on experience in requirement engineering, design and implementation of customer demands.
· You have a strong customer orientation and have a positive and constructive mindset, and you feel comfortable interacting with other service owners or management.
· Multi-year experience in operating and managing mid- to large IT-services for business applications, ideally in global landscape, and for cloud applications.
· Good knowledge of IT compliance & IT assurance, Cybersecurity.
· You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· You must have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
· You must be a team player and be able to build consensus with others
· You are motivated to develop actively and on your own responsibility.
· Self-motivated and having strong collaboration skills to work in a global, agile/lean environment
· Working within global teams and different stakeholders in all relevant IT departments
Your Responsibilities
The Service Onwer will support the IT Portfolio and IT Service Management team within Siemens Energy. The consultant will work directly with core members to address needs across the Siemens Energy service / project. His/her focus will be in the following domains.
· Be part of SAP ERP based Services of Siemens Energy, handle SAP BTP related service and projects.
· New Service Setup
· Service Management for services and applications, including the accompanying Solution Management processes (incident, problem, capacity, availability and change management)
· Support Service / application life cycle (design, implementation, operation, phase out) including continuous service improvement
· Support IT service provider management, incl. service level and quality controlling as well as escalations management
· You participate in service review meetings (internal & external), negotiate SLAs/OLAs and ensure the correct service performance
· Infosec und Vulnerability Management within the responsible services
· Manage business demands within the respective service portfolio.
· Interacting with customers and suppliers on technical level
· Project management within the respective service portfolio
