Champion use of technology and digitization agenda
Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify process efficiency opportunities and identify appropriate technology to support the initiatives
Champion idea of leveraging automations to introduce process efficiencies for business
Collaborate with Insights and automation core team to stay updated with toolkit
Lead internal capability build sessions
Develop automations according to published governance frameworks and standards
Architect & Develop automations and analytics according to published governance frameworks and standards on PepsiCo approved tools
Develop technical documentation and implement testing plans including designing and developing RPA / analytics / workflows test plans, scripts, and procedures
Perform unit testing prior to releasing automations for UAT
Coordinate and support user acceptance and regression testing, including preparing test scenarios and collecting approvals from business process owners
Oversee test coverage and the timely resolution of defects
Coordinate and support end user manual preparation, training planning and execution and certification
Work independently but also function well within a team of developers to drive cross functional learning, development and sharing of leading practices
Develop strong working relationships with internal partners, both business users and technical resources
Participate in reporting automation, optimization, and other projects related to analytics and reporting
Participate in cross-functional collaboration to help develop and implement solutions that are configured as prescribed by IPEX standards
Provide accurate and transparent status and escalate issues to supervisor
Collaboate with IT & Controls peer groups to learn and apply best practices and propose improvements with evolving technology footprint
Contribute to continuous improvement
Work with business partners to understand areas for improvement and document those opportunities
Serve as SME to others seeking to utilize RPA and analytics for automating and streamlining existing manual processes
Identify opportunities for replication and reusability of existing technology to drive additional organizational efficiency
Provide implementation and post production support to ensure business stability
Coordinate and support incident resolution
Coordinate and support change request analysis and implementation, including analysis and evaluation of changes
Control execution and compliance for all activities aligned with time and quality objectives for area of responsibility
Qualifications/Requirements
Higher education degree; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information
Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, business or related field
Ability to manage complexity and work independently with large amounts of information – 3 years
Advanced MS Excel skills; ability to work with macros, formulas, big data – 3 years
Basic understanding of proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET – 2 years
Substantial experience with software development life cycle and power platform technologies – 2 years
Experience with Databases and DB operations such as SQL, Sharepoint
Exposure to RPA platforms preferable UiPath or other platforms such as Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism – 2 years
Development and integration of Power Automate / Power App / Sharepoint experience – 2 years
Understanding of Analytics Development and principles – 2 years
Cross-functional business and application knowledge – 2 years
Exposure to chatbot platforms preferable – 1 years
Experience developing FAQ and transactional based chatbots
Proven aptitude to learn new software quickly
Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively
Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management – 3 years
Experience documenting process flows and business requirements – 3 years
Strong facilitation/problem solving skills
Ability to work with a large, global, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands
high-quality applications
Must be able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize assignments to deliver
quality work in a timely manner
Ability to balance responsibilities related to production support and project tasks simultaneously
Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team
Solid problem solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs and to present technical details to a non-technical audience
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Willingness to travel 20% of the time
