The Sales and Go-to-Market Transformation Business Relationship Manager, IT Senior Director provides strategic partnership and Information Technology leadership to the North America Beverage and North America Nutrition business units within PepsiCo. This individual is responsible for driving large scale transformation programs and creating strategic plans as input into PepsiCo’s strategic planning process. This role will collaborate with senior business leaders and other Information Technology teams to identify future projects and road maps aligning both business and IT strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Own the NAB/NAN Sales / GTM Transformation digital capability agenda (e.g.initiation, execution, business leverage) including driving rapid process change and technology innovation, building team awareness of business and technology trends
Partner with Senior Business sponsors to formulate Business Case goals, shape business technology value realization vision leveraging PepsiCo’s Strategic Plans and Annual Operating Plans.
Support development of Strategic Business Capability Roadmap (i.e.defines the case forAct as the principal technology advisor to the Business and a champion for identifying, leading and driving information technology transformation
Function as a major contributor in the IT Annual Operating Plan development process as well as the Out of Cycle funding process and help secure project estimates from Development / Delivery team and the Operations team.
Define, capture and measure both pre and post-deployment Value Realization for all initiatives.
Participate in solution strategy planning and application analytics, providing “out of the box” thinking to identify new opportunities to innovate and create lasting capability, ensuring IT Enterprise Architecture alignment.
Act as a liaison between third party solution providers and Business Teams, working closely with both to advance new features, innovative technology to deliver enhanced functionality and
Collaborate with IT and Business leaders in a matrixed organizational structure to provide innovative, quality solutions which exceed business goals and expectations
Assist with the creation of statements of work (SOW’s) working with D&D team partners, incorporating aligned requirements, PPM Charter Documents and leading respective meetings to ensure understanding and alignment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 10 years of related technology business work experience
Ability to work and succeed in a fast moving, high paced business environment with aggressive timeliness
Track record of success in influencing the agenda for large scale programs
Solid technical understanding of the IT industry, e.g. new technologies and trends, industry standards, platforms, solution architecture, and the vendor landscape
Ability to attract, lead, coach and develop a team of high caliber IT professionals setting objectives and leading day to day to deliver results
Strategic thinker focused on business value results that utilize technical solutions
Customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
Strong financial management experience with proven ability to manage annual budget
Demonstrated ability to build strong business partnerships at the executive level
