As the IT Business Partner, you will build the executive-level strategic partnership between IT and the business in ISC market and proactively identifies opportunities to gain competitive advantage through Information & Communication Technologies (ICT). Together with the team ensure that Business strategies and objectives are influenced and enabled by IT, that IT works according to well-balanced IT/Business agreements, and that the respective stakeholders are satisfied with Philips IT services and solutions. Continuous advocating the importance of enablement and digital transformation of our respective businesses
You are responsible for:
Be part of the team in defining IT strategy and delivery of roadmaps aligned with strategic business imperatives in ISC.
Participate in the strategic planning process with business to understand business priorities and impact on information systems and technologies.
Understand the available capabilities at both the Global & Regional level, the drivers and constraints before designing new ones in the most effective and cost-efficient manner
Provide insights of new technology developments and advice on how this can impact/contribute towards the business strategy.
Collaborate with Business to create Business Information Plan that indicates impact of the business strategy on the products/services, processes, information systems and technologies.
Partner with the respective business functions while ensuring seamless execution and minimum impact in any global related IT programs roll-out.
Partner the Lead IT Business Partner or other Regional Managers to drive prioritization, consolidation and alignment of IT financial planning (Strategic and Annual Operating Plans) while shaping the IT demands and needs for business
Act as a focal point between businesses and monitor quality, progress and performance of programs and take all necessary corrective actions to ensure that all elements of the business information plans/SPOR are being delivered.
Monitor quality, effectiveness and efficiency of IT services and communicate and report performance of IT services and programs towards relevant IT and business stakeholders as deemed necessary.
Identifying opportunities and solutions to optimize business usage or uptake of Global & Regional IT tools
Experienced at liaising with liaising and translating between technology and business needs
Drive continuous improvement across the domains of IT within Asia Pacific.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree recommended in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field.
At least 10 years of IT and business work experience with exposure to various technical environments or business segments / other equivalent work experience.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, team player and the ability to establish relationship with senior business stakeholders as a IT trusted advisor.
Exposure to developing and deploying the latest digital technologies and well versed in the latest development of such technologies
Result-oriented and creative problem solver with a strong can-do attitude and ability to dissect a complex problem and follow through in implementation of strategies.
Intermediate to Expert level experience in respective business functions and operational processes in the I2M, M2O and O2C and enabling functions process domains.
Deploys LEAN processes including formal analysis of voice of the customer as part of Daily Management Board, monitoring of all service levels impacting business
Affinity for IT and a willingness to deepen understanding of current and new technologies.
Strong stakeholder management within multinational organization.
Excellent communication skills, strong written and oral English.
Strong project management skills.
