Job Overview :
PixFirst.com is looking for passionate engineers to join us to manage and support European clients.
This is a fully remote position. You can work from anywhere if your internet connection is great.
Roles and responsibilities :
– Tech support for French clients using in-house ticketing system.
– Client on-boarding and account setup
– Complex PSD to PixFirst-digital-product transformation
– You will be working directly under the account managers of our clients.
– Direct interaction with clients via Email and ticketing system will be required
– Maintain operational efficiency and meet support deadlines
– Give product feedback to the dev team to streamline operational processes.
Requirements
Skills required :
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– MS Word/ Excel / Google Docs
– Capability to understand and follow any operational process is important.
– Should be able to work well within a team and as an individual contributor
– Knowledge on PhotoShop will be a huge plus
Qualification :
– Graduate BE / BTech
– MBA / MCA
