ACCOUNT MANAGER JD
Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for all clientinterfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts for definedcountries or service lines within IT recruitment and Staffing practice. TheAccount Manager builds and manages key client relationships; and is responsiblefor top-line and bottom-line performance of the portfolio. Also allocating therequirement to sourcing and screening recruitment consultants with time frame.Ensure if team posted the requirement on company website and any other portalson regular basis. Should ensure that each one of them working on allocatedrequirements. Coordinating with team members on the progress.
Roles & Responsibilities: · AccountPlanning: building a comprehensive account plan, which details keyrelationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from suchopportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to beaddressed. · BusinessDevelopment: responsible for building and managing a portfolio, drivingrevenues within the assigned Account or the portfolio of Accounts, by being theowner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle. That involves identifyingbusiness opportunities, selling, service delivery, and negotiations. · ClientDelivery: Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the teamunderstands the customer requirements and is aligned. · Negotiationand On-boarding: Coordinate with the consultants to ensure fitment with theclient needs; negotiate the rates or salaries; and ensure on-boarding, as percustomer requirements. · Responsiblefor handling complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirementsfrom the client. · Thoroughlyunderstand and work on the requirements of the client and guiding the team towork. · Analyzing,Screening, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements. · Conductinitial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation,coordinate client interviews and work with the CRM to close the position. · Responsiblefor maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on aregular basis. · You willlead to resolve customer escalations with respect to smooth operations · You willensure that SLAs are met and deliverables are provided on time with high qualityand within budget · Plan, leadand facilitate in meetings for vendor management tasks and deliverables · Develop andproduce quarterly reports documenting quality assurance outcomes and present · Establishand manage timelines for assigned projects · Identifyareas of improvement and provide training recommendations as appropriate Requirements : · Priorexperience in the IT Consulting / Staffing and Recruitment Industry ispreferred · Proactive,just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment. · Effectivelymanage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis. · Managethe team’s daily activity, KPI’s, weekly and monthly goals.
