Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities.
Head hunting, references, Social media recruiting and internal database.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile

Good communication and understanding skills required.
Must have used Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms for recruiting
