Roles and Responsibilities
– Responsible for effective and consistent communication and supporting employees or associates. – Addressing queries and issues pertaining to our software, tools & applications. – Ensuring that requests are addressed in a timely and effective manner. – Monitor Track and Report incident received on a daily basis. – Good understanding of Technical Troubleshooting and aspects.
Must have skills:
– Good communication skills (verbal & written) – Good knowledge on windows OS trouble shooting & MS Office Applications. – L1 level of desktop, laptop and network trouble shooting skills. – Understanding on active directory services. – Willing to assist over the phone and physically.
