Configure and maintain Cisco Unified Communications (UC) products including Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager), Unity, Expressway, Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and supporting client-side applications including Jabber, Agent/Supervisor Desktop, Finesse, and reporting tools.
Build and maintain communication endpoint devices, routes, directory numbers, and users.
Create and maintain auto attendants, contact center scripts, queues, hunt groups, teams, and resources to support the day-to-day business operations.
Participate in the design and implementation of full life cycle Cisco Unified Communications products.
Document communications technologies including maintaining inventories of phone numbers, scripts, and teams, and creating visual representations of call flows.
Support the established standard designs, configurations and processes in the unified communications space as well as improve the operational efficiency of the team.
Collaborate with engineers and business units to design, implement, and test complex integrations with third-party communication systems including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SIPaaS and Aspect Unified IP.
Respond to support requests and work closely with Desktop and System Engineers to meet SLA’s and ensure accurate escalation of issues resulting from software, hardware, phone, security, or operational failures.
Maintain a general understanding of Local and Wide Area Networking.
Assist to configure and maintain Cisco Routers, Firewalls, VPN Concentrators, SD-WAN and Security appliances for access to vital business applications.
Coordinate physical premise cabling solutions with facilities and service providers.
Assist business partners and IT leaders with the collection and interpretation of key performance metrics to identify trends that aid in future decisions.
Support IT projects including meeting milestones and status reports.

Must have strong technical and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong desire to learn and apply designs, techniques, patterns, and technologies to strengthen the team.
