Requirements

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Business : Internal IT Support Team

Education: Engineering Graduate – BTech/ Post Graduate – MCA /MTech

Should have previously worked on desktop support and procurement process.

Should have knowledge of data analysis and data management.

Should have worked as a part of internal IT support team.

Should be able to provides advice and guidance to colleagues regarding incidents.

Maintain installed PCs, networks and peripherals with routine maintenance.

Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.

Should have good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
