A bit more insights on the Program Implementation Manager (PIM) Role:

· We are NOT an IT/IT Services company. We DO NOT do software development or related projects. So, people from large IT Services companies who have led development teams are NOT a good fit.

· Our business scenario involves the working with ONE large enterprise client and handling MULTIPLE PROJECTS within that client. And these projects are policy and process implementations – NOT IT

· Hence, we are NOT looking for software or software industry skills

· Ideal candidates would be of the following profiles:

o Those who have worked inside large BFSI/Telecom/ Ecommerce/ etc. organizations

o Where they are used to handling multiple different stakeholders inside the organization and the cross currents etc. involved

o They should be able to talk to senior people with confidence and not get cowed down by authority figures (although they themselves may be junior)

o We can also look at people who have worked in mid-size set ups running multiple operations
