Primary Skills :
Technical Support Engineer with Excellent Communication skills with US Voice process background (Candidates should have managed International clients) Need knowledge of Troubleshooting, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Laptop or Desktop troubleshooting.
The candidate should be from an IT background.
Professional-level communication skills, including the ability to adjust communication to the technical level of the audience, and stay calm and focused in negative situations.
Ability to quickly set up and troubleshoot PCs.
Windows system troubleshooting.
PC hardware troubleshooting.
Linux and/or Mac OS skills a strong plus
Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills
Flexibility in terms of tasks, workloads, and schedules is critical for this position.
