Profile Expectation:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with a solid software testing foundation in both functional and automation. We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a great team player mindset who can lead the team of QAE and SDET. The candidate should continuously raise the bar for QAE best practices by establishing and documenting customer-focused QA processes.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include understanding how all the various parts of the product ecosystem work, developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy, overseeing the execution of test plans, and monitoring the progress of testing.
You manage the local QAE, SDET team and work seamlessly with the SDE team to deliver the best experience to customers.
The successful candidate is an experienced and hands-on manager who can build a high performing test team.
Design and Establish Quality Frameworks in alignment with the operation’s Quality goals.
This position will develop clear Quality metrics, reporting the mata service and transactions level to understand the business impact. Metrics would be tracked against service objectives, lead improvement initiatives and encourage a culture of efficiency and innovation.
Deliver solutions to complex problems through in-depth data analysis and forensics by using methodical approaches, along with experience, innovation, and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial information. To review and provide feedback on quality of improvement initiatives and benefits realized.
This position will identify the opportunities that address process gaps, process inefficiencies, or emerging service requirements and develop the business case for new initiatives and provide required Quality management support. This person must have strong Quality management skills and thrive on solving problems that require a new way of thinking.
Execute assigned project components & drive medium-high impact projects.
Coordinates ad-hoc operational reports, status updates & proposals on a need basis.
Collaborates with other Quality managers on best practices/knowledge sharing and coaching styles.
Contributes to a positive team environment by proactively aiding teammates with difficult customer contacts/cases (as applicable) and demonstrating effective communication and cooperation with other team members (including other teams)
To create continuous feedback channels with global services owners and leaders on Quality framework and goals.
Build and maintain successful partnerships with the ES Services team, ES stakeholders and key business sponsors across regions and global Services.
Developing team capabilities: This position will work at an individual and team level to develop related Quality skills, provide stretch opportunities to advance the team and provide career development opportunities for team members.

12+ years of experience in Quality Management with 15+ years overall.
QA Automation experience with Appium, Selenium WebDriver/Java and Continuous Integration
Sound knowledge of REST API’s and Automating the same
Strong command on Defect Tracking Tools such as Jira, Asana, Bugzilla
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated)
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket Experience in mobile automation is a plus Hands-on expertise into Selenium o TestNG o Jest, Mockito, Junit for unit Testing.
Experience in using at least 2 testing frameworks or tools (i.e., Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, Test Cafe, Cypress, Puppetes etc.)
Experience with programming languages (For example JavaScript, Node.js, c#, phpetc.)
Experience testing WebAPIs.
Experience testing Android mobile applications.
Experience with Continuous Integration using Jenkins (or similar tools).
Experience with source control systems such asGit.
Experience testing Android mobile applications.
Comfortable creating SQL queries.
Ability to quickly learn new systems.
Experience using JIRA (or other defect tracking tools).
Experience of working in an Agile SCRUM development environment.
Significant Coaching and Mentoring Experience.
Ability to handle multiple projects driving Quality initiatives.
Reporting and analytics Experience.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standards.
Demonstrates superior judgment, diplomacy, and tact, with a willingness to speak up during adversity.

Ability to effectively motivate small groups.
Strong knowledge of Networking APIs in Unity3D
Strong understanding of ARM v8/9 and/or x86_64 architectures as it relates to developing Operating Systems, Virtualization solutions and Security.
Experience in technically leading and/or managing teams developing Operating Systems and/or Virtualization solutions.
Track record of successfully managing teams through various phases of aproject
