Job Summary: Executes the plan and direction of IT Infrastructure requirements and manages the installation, server infrastructure, data communications and network infrastructure and ensure stable operation of the organization’s IT assets.
This may include configuring, maintaining, monitoring, supporting and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, security and communication links

§ Implement and adhere to plans, policies, compliances, operating procedures and budgets for all existing IT infrastructure requirements and protocols
§ Liaise with the internal stakeholders and understands the requirements for new functionalities and support the Manager- IT Infrastructure to assess the efficiency and impact and implement as per approvals
§ Provide day to day business as usual support by resolving issues raised related to IT infrastructure as per SLA and enhance user experience across the locations in the group
§ Responsible for regular maintenance of the infrastructure as per set protocols, prepare daily report which is shared with the UH and the Group Head. Contribute in preparing the monthly status report for IT Head
Operations
§ Monitor infra/ issues network raised daily, through e-mail, online tool. Direct the application related issues to the IT Application team.
§ Continuously probes and analyses to pre-empt potential problems and identify inefficiencies. Provides anticipatory resolutions.
§ Ensure IT security and Data protection 24X7 and identify threats and assesses requirement for any new hardware/ firewall. Manage CCTV connectivity and provide technical support
§ Responsible for incorporation, automation and maintenance of all IT hardware (printer, scanner, bar-code printer etc.) and maintenance of lab and Bio-medical equipment, maintenance and arrangements of Video Conferences across 13 centers, OT recordings etc.
§ Manage the workshops, both inside and outside the hospital premises involving IT infrastructure, runs medical equipment simulations
§ Send mail for planned downtime, simultaneously generate the reports thrice a day while network monitoring, take care of the micro-soft patch release related activities
§ Responsible for managing inventory related to IT Infra (Cartridge etc.)
People
§ Provide full infrastructure support to all employees across Rainbow, provide resolution to the end users as per SLAs. Help employees with application configuration, software installation, laptop configuration, V-LAN, port level security and access etc.
§ Responsible for the deactivation of emails, accesses, no-due certificates of the quit employees and tak handover of the IT assets
Customer
§ Manage vendors for HIS/ ERP, Cloud, Network / Infra, Server, employee level end user devices; coordinate to ensure quality of maintenance and service
§ Network in the industry to keep abreast of the new technology (infra) and best practices
§ For any first level hardware problems, provide appropriate in-house solution for any higher-level problems, coordinate with vendor for a resolution
« Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualifications: PreferablyB.Tech
Work Experience
§ 2-7 years of relevant experience in the industry
§ Experience in Health Care domain preferable
§ Strong understanding of Operations, Infrastructure (Server, desktop hardware/ operating systems, networks, firewalls and load balancers, telecoms, IT security and Data protection, Cloud and mobile technology) and Business Services and their interdependencies with application domain
§ Agility to learn quickly and adopt to change
§ Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
