Business Process Understanding and solution designing

Provide the Support of Business Applications to End Users

Understanding, Mapping and Configuration of Textile Business process with ERP/INTEX.

Understanding of Users requirements and Mapping with relevant data, documentation and preparation of System requirement specification.

SQL # Tables usage

Issue log and trouble tickets management

Escalation and coordination of Issues with solution provider/vendor

Job Accountabilities

Provide L1/L2 support to applications in Manufacturing Operations

Application configuration and implementation as per business requirements

Business continuity by ensuring availability of applications in Manufacturing Operations

Coordination with application vendor for troubleshooting and continuous improvement

Responsibility for security of (system and organizational) data

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

B.E / B.Tech with 1 – 3 Year of Experience

Desired: PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, SSRS

Application management and maintenance skills

Analytical skills

MS Office and related plug-ins

Documentation Skills i.e. Technical documentation, User manual, SOP, etc.

Experience

0 – 2 years of experience in providing Application Support

0 – 2 years of experience in MES Application configuration and maintenance (preferable)

0 – 2 years of experience in Business Analysis (preferable)

Relevant experience of Business Applications used in refining/petrochemical domain

Experience of Labware LIMS required.

Education Requirement :
B.E. / B. Tech (Any discipline)

Experience Requirement :
1-6 years experience
