The primary role of Marketing Cloud specialist is to analyze, design, develops and maintain applications based on business requirements across all business functionalities across the region. Key deliverables include responsible for understanding and defining the data flows into and outside SFMC, build integrations across platforms with SFMC for smooth campaign flows, troubleshoot any SFMC related queries and act as point of contact for new functionality configuration . Working closely with key stakeholders, technical team and system administration to define and document specifications, workflows and schedule.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

Work in coordination with business units to understand platform requirements and advise on how requirements can best be accomplished.

Create workflows, templates and automated processes to run email, OTT and SMS campaigns efficiently within Marketing Cloud.

Write AMPscript when needed for email personalization and advanced dynamic content.

Extensive knowledge of how to trigger/automation processes for Marketing Cloud compatibility to create seamless customer experiences across every touchpoint including email, mobile, advertising, the web, direct mail, sales, commerce, and service.

Providing support to digital marketing team in all regions across Asia and LATAM to resolve issues with Marketing Cloud and related applications.

Configure complex journey builds.

Monitor performance and maintain the Marketing Cloud system according to business requirements.

Create, modify, and update Reports, Dashboards, objects, fields, etc. for all business stakeholders.

Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.

Create and manage users; maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security).

Research and recommend innovative and possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.

Liaison with cross-functional teams to seek approval for deployment.

Understanding of data segmentation and MCC.

Collaborate and train other team members.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.

2-4 years developing and executing emails and CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Proficient in writing SQL, AMPScript and handling Marketing Cloud.

Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Asset to have Marketing Cloud Certifications.

Experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, reporting or consumer insights;

Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, marketing automation and customer retention, as well as the ability to communicate them to others;

Highly detail-oriented analytical approach and can suggest ways to improve;

Ability to work autonomously with little guidance and meet project deadlines;
